G Suite Fundamentals - Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts (90 minutes)

This course covers essential fundamentals of Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts. We’ll cover all the essentials of working effectively in Gmail, including how to use labels, search for messages, and create filters. We explain how to create meetings & manage calendars, as well as how to manage your contacts. This course is ideal for anyone who has never utilized G Suite in a work environment, and wants to get a good grasp on the basics.

G Drive Basics (Drive, Docs, and Sheets)

This course explains how to collaborate & share files within Google Drive. Starting with utilizing Google Drive as a file-server alternative, we cover how to upload files, organization information, sync to devices, and share documents with colleagues. We’ll also cover how to collaboration on a project with a colleague using Docs & Sheets, and present a series of business-cases for how these products can be utilized at work.

G Suite App Maker Fundamentals (90 minutes)

This course delves into the fundamentals of developing an application on AppMaker, a new low-code application development tool for G Suite that lets organizations quickly build and deploy custom applications tailored to their needs. We’ll cover the basic elements of App Maker and construct an application in the course of the demo.

G Suite Mobile Apps Training (90 minutes)

This course delves into the Gmail, Calendar, Hangouts, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides applications for your mobile device. Whether you are using iOS or Android, the interface will be familiar. We will cover the options to replicate your desktop experience from the comfort of your pocket.  Time will also be allotted for a Q&A session at the end of the course.

G Suite Groups for Business Training (90 minutes)

This course explains how to use different types of Google Groups to enable users to collaborate across different use cases, including, email lists, to distribute content to a mass of users, collaborative inboxes, where users can work together on emails sent to a common theme, like your help desk or Human Resources department, and web or Q&A forums, where users can interact with others in a forum-style group to allow peer-assistance .  Time will also be allotted for a Q&A session at the end of the course.

Google Sites Training (90 minutes)

This course walks the user through how to create a basic Google Sites using both the classic and new interface.  Here, we will discuss the differences between the two options of Google Sites, using Site templates, permissions, and add-ons that can be implemented to create a professional, drag-and-drop style website that can be used internally for an intranet, or how to publish the site publicly where customers can interact with you.  Time will also be allotted for a Q&A session at the end of the course.

Google Vault Training (90 minutes)

This course explains how to use Google Vault for eDiscovery and how to set/change retention policies, generate reports, and create holds for individual employees based on various criteria.  Alongside Admin Reports, this course will explain how to use Google Vault for eDiscovery versus using Google Drive for document retention. Time will also be allotted for a Q&A session at the end of the course.

G Suite Training for Executive Assistants (90 minutes)

This course will walk administrative assistants through mail and calendar delegation, and how to send/receive mail on behalf of an administrator, as well as schedule appointments on another person's calendar, as well as how an administrative assistant can use Google Drive and Docs to create shared folders and give permissions and ownership for executives.  Time will also be allotted for a Q&A session at the end of the course.

G Suite Administrator Fundamentals (90 minutes)

This course covers the basics of the Admin Panel, teaching G Suite admins how to manage users, generate reports on usage, enable features and apps, as well as how to migrate data, manage your domain's organization by enabling and disabling features inside each application, and how to set up mobile device management.  Time will also be allotted for a Q&A session at the end of the course.
