Role Overview

As a Change Management Specialist at HiView, you will work alongside your fellow HiView consultants to help implement Google G Suite & other workplace technologies for medium to large enterprises. Your role is to help develop & execute a Change Strategy, with the goal of providing a smooth & effective transition for businesses switching to Google G Suite for workplace email & collaboration. This is a 100% remote position, with some travel required.  

Your role will vary significantly -- One day, you’ll be speaking with company executives, helping to build a quality Change Strategy specific to their business. Another day, you might be working with Googlers to prepare new material for a upcoming G Suite deployment. The following week, you might be across the country delivering in-person training to 200+ employees, or you may be delivering the same training remotely from the comfort of your own living room.


Responsibilities

  • Apply Change Management principles & best practices in the design, planning and execution phases of a engagement

  • Work cross functionally with your teammates from different parts of the business (sales, engineering)

  • Either support or Lead the Organizational Change Management Stream as part of an overall G Suite Deployment or digital transformation project

  • Apply Change Management principles & best practices in the design, planning and execution phases of a engagement

  • Create and implement communications, training, and support strategies to maximize user adoption & proficiency.

  • Create actionable deliverables for core components of the change management strategy including communications plan, training plan, and stakeholder management.


Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years in Organizational Change Management consulting or 5+ in a professional organization conducting project-based work.

  • Understand Change Management offerings and can demonstrate how to apply and manage these.

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences from entry-level users to C-level executives.  

  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics while maintaining a strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations.

  • Able to create a Communications and Training Strategy and all components required as part of it (Training Needs Analysis, Training Delivery, Communications creation).
