About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for their Account Executive counterparts. This role manages outbound campaigns, qualifies active buying interest, and identifies critical decision makers. The SDR will need to be able to articulate the value proposition of both Google G Suite and HiView’s Professional Services. With this position, the SDR will learn the sales cycle for Enterprise Cloud Services, supporting deals that range from $10k at the low end, to $150k+ at the high end. The SDR will learn how to effectively work & co-sell with Google employees, building lasting relationships. We are currently looking for new team members in San Luis Obispo. HiView is a small and growing company, giving the SDR an opportunity to make a big impact.


Your daily schedule will include:

  • Make outbound phone calls each day

  • Build and execute sequence-based outreach campaigns, leveraging HiView’s Outbound Sales Tools, including ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Salesforce, and CoastGuard (internal tool).

  • Share insights with HiView Account Executives and sales management to continue refining the sales strategy.

  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in online and other marketing campaigns

  • Managing prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting

  • Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)

  • Responding to inbound customer interest and developing these accounts to create opportunities

  • Being prepared for and contributing to sales team meetings
